fix(Scripts/Karazhan): Several Aran fixes (#17394) 
- Fix drinking being interrupted by dots
- Fix first super timer
- Fix missing Arcane Explosion emote
- Fix supers being locked by spell interrupt
- Correct drinking to 10% mana down from 20%
